Personal Biography
Kris
Koebel has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 20 years, and is a graduate of the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences, New York, NY.During her former career as a Ballet /Broadway/Vegas dancer, she sustained and rehabilitated from many injuries, and a serious car accident which led to a love of massage therapy and healing modalities, and a wonderful new career.
In 2001, Kris's mother was diagnosed with cancer. During the treatment at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, she repeatedly asked Kris why the doctors seemed to only be treating all the cancers and their symptoms. She wanted to know why the doctors weren't trying harder to find out what caused the cancers, and prevent them?
Kris was determined to learn Lymphatic Therapy after copious research into the immune system, and its role in disease prevention. The American Medical Association states that " The Lymphatic System consists of lymph nodes and lymphatic vessels, returns excess fluid to the circulation, and helps fight infection and cancer."
Kris is now a Certified Lymphstar/Cold Laser Therapist, practicing Lymphatic
Therapy exclusively. "I feel it is my mission to help restore and maintain my client's wellness, so as to prevent cancer and disease. I dedicate my work, with greatest love and gratitude, to my mother, Patricia F. Koebel 1922-2003."
